Sample Evaluation Reports
Basic Survey Reports include a Pipe Graphic and Tabular report of individual pipes. The Survey List displays both the scheduled and inspected footage making it an ideal report when cleaning and CCTV inspection are both included as contract requirements.
All reports can be printed with a Reader program as well as a licensed copy of PipeLogix Phoenix. Each previewed report can be saved as a PDF file so it is easily shared or sent via email. With the reports binder function, multiple reports can be saved to a single PDF with customizable cover pages and a table of contents.
